Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Is Mrs. Fields a real person?
A: Oh, yes! Debbi Fields opened her first store in 1977 in the
United States.
Q:
Are your products kosher?
A: Yes, Mrs. Fields products are kosher.
Q: Do you use preservatives?
A: No, Mrs. Fields does not use preservatives. So don't leave
those treats unenjoyed for long! Some products can be refridgerated
or frozen to extend their shelf-life. Contact us at our general
inquiries address for more information.
Q: Do you use trans
fats?
A: No, Mrs. Fields products are made without trans fats. For
example, we use butter as opposed to margarine.
Q: Do your products
come in contact with nuts?
A: Possibly.
We issue the following Allergy Alert!
Due to our dough mixing process, all of our products may have
come in contact with nuts or nut oils. If you have an allergy
to nuts we recommend you do not consume our products.
Q: Where can I
learn more about your products?
A: Send us a general
inquiry e-mail.
Q: Can Mrs. Fields
products be delivered?
A: Yes... But there are some notes you must review:
We require a complete delivery address
including postal code and destination telephone number. When
an order is going to a corporate address, we need additional
information including company name and suite number. Incomplete
information will only delay the processing of an order.
When we deliver to an office location,
we are not responsible beyond the mailroom or reception.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to apartment
buildings, condominiums, or PO boxes. When we've tried, gifts
have disappeared or been stolen.
We can deliver our big cookies or "cookie
grams" in the Greater Toronto Area but not outside it
(they're too fragile).
We can ship all our other products across
the country!
We deliver on weekdays, Monday to Friday,
but not on weekends.
Poor weather conditions, obviously, can
delay delivery.
Q: Your products are more expensive
than others. Why?
A: We use the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Of
course, we bake fresh daily. These things make a products
cost a little bit more.
Q: I bought some
Mrs. Fields packaged goods at a grocery store but I was unhappy.
What can I do?
A: These products are imported into Canada from the U.S. by
a different company, not us, so we have no control over the
quality. They are not affiliated with us. Please direct your
complaints by telephoning 1 877 721-1615 and leaving a voice
mail or by sending
an e-mail. |
